Guest Wishlist

Let your visitors add to wishlist without login. Once they login, all items will be migrated to account.

One of the best features in the wishlist app. After enabling this function your customers won’t have to login to their account to add any product to their wishlist.

The wish list will be added in the application on the bases of their device ip address.

Public Wishlist Count

Display total count of wishlist added by all customers. The sum total of Guest wishlist and Logged in customers wishlist.

Delete on move to wishlist

Let your visitors delete products from wishlist when adding to cart from My Wishlist page.

The product(s) will be automatically removed from the wishlist once it is added to the cart.

Button Customization

Theme Color:

Compliment your Store brand with your preferred color combination for the wishlist button.

Customize Button:

compliment your Store brand with the feel and type of the Wish List Button using this option. It has the abilities to modify the Button Style, Button Border, Button text color, background, etc.

Email Settings

Send your customers email on the events of price drop, restock and if the product has been in the customer's wish list for certain day(s). You will find three toggles price drop alerts, restock alerts, auto reminder respectively.

All those email contents are modifiable by clicking on them and it can have customized template for each event.

Custom email templates are also making use of liquid variables, it will help you output Product title, vendor, variant title, price details automatically within your template.

Language Settings

- Customize our app’s language to your preferred one.

- Entire App’s messages are customizable (including error messages). Just add the field’s input in the preferred language.

1. From “Shopify Admin”, select Apps

2. Select Visit Shopify App Store

3. Enter Product Reviews by HulkApps in the “Search Bar” to view app page

4. Select Add app

5. As soon as a user clicks on “Add app” button it will redirect to the installation page. Over there click on “Install App” button it will redirect to “ Master Product Reviews” App page of your Store.

Now user needs to setup the installed app with the “Theme” they have on their store. In order to make app successfully working with theme, user needs to navigate to “ Edit Code” by clicking on “Online Store” button on left bar of their Dashboard and from the “Action” dropdown menu select “Edit Code” options.

By clicking on “Edit Code” option, user will be redirected to the coding page of the particular “Theme” installed on theirStore.

For Product Page - Product Review Display:

You need to include the product-reviews.liquid snippet at your product template or product section at any desired location by using the following code:

For Average Review Display:

You need the following code at any desired location inside your product page or/and collection product grid item.

For All Product Reviews Display:

If you would like to have a separate page to display all reviews from all products, include the product-reviews-all.liquid snippet at a page template that you're going to use for this purpose by using the following code:

So, these are the steps you need to follow to install our "Product Reviews" application in your store.

After this, users need to proceed with app installaton in store theme. User can install the app via "Automatic Installation". In any case if the automated process doesn't work, user can proceed with "Manual Installation" steps or can contact the support team for the same. Installation Support

Precautionary measures

- It is always recommended to take a backup of your LIVE theme before performing any integration steps.

- The integration procedure is dependent on your theme structure. In case, if the app fails to display the wishlist options on your storefront then there could be some specific reason behind it. Sometimes it might be due to a coding conflict or missing any installation steps. In such cases, we recommend you to please contact our support team at help@hulk-support.com and we will make sure to help you out with the issues as soon as possible to offer you a reliable app experience.

Please follow this guideline to perform the manual Installation

(1.) Adding the Add to wishlist button on the product page

- Follow the following steps to navigate to the button customization page: Settings > Button Customisation> Button placement via a code

Choose the copy code option of the product page. This will copy this button code for your product page {% render 'hulkapps-wishlist-product-btn' %}

- This code is used to display the App's wishlist button on your product page.

- Navigate to shopify admin and proceed to themes> choose your preferred theme > actions > edit code

- This code is usually used in ‘product-template.liquid’ file or ‘product-form.liquid’ file.

- However, these File names could be variable based on your theme codes.

- Place the copied code at the ending of your theme’s add to cart button’s codes

- This is how Add to wishlist button will look like

(2.) Adding the Add to wishlist button on the product page

- Navigate to App dashboard > setting > button customization> button placement via a code and choose the copy code option of collection. This will copy this heart Icon code for your collection page {% render 'hulkapps-wishlist-collection-btn', productId: product.id, variantId: product.selected_or_first_available_variant.id %}

- This code is used to display the App's wishlist heart Icon on your collection page.

- Navigate to shopify admin and proceed to themes> choose your preferred theme > actions > edit code

- Find the liquid file which is used to render your collection page (e.g. collection.liquid, collection-template.liquid, product-card-grid.liquid)

- Place the code within your product grid

- This is how Add to wishlist heart Icon will look like on your collection page

(3.) Adding the My wishlist page link to your store.

- Navigate to the app's dashboard > setting > button customization> button placement via a code and choose the copy code option of My wishlist page link. This will copy the URL for your customer’s wishlist page /apps/advanced-wishlist

- This code is used to redirect users to app’s wishlist details page

- Navigate to shopify admin > pages and add a page, add preferred title and save it.

- Now proceed to navigation and choose the menu whether it will be displayed within the main menu or the footer menu

- Add menu item, give your preferred name to your menu title, in the link option add your store URL

- Paste the copied code /apps/advanced-wishlist add it and save the menu.

- Wishlist page will now appear in main menu

(4.) Adding the save for later button on the cart page.

- Navigate to app dashboard >setting > button customization> button placement via a code and choose the copy code option of save for later button cart page. This will copy code for your cart page’s save for later button.

- This code is used to add products to your wishlist from the cart page, if the customer intends to buy it later.

- Navigate to shopify Admin and proceed to themes> choose your preferred theme > actions > edit code
